We are pleased to see the new Greggs open and trading in their new location within the Pyramids Shopping Centre in Birkenhead. Greggs have relocated from a small 900 sq ft unit on Borough Pavement to a 2,000 sq ft unit on St Johns Square which includes a café and outside seating. Emanuel Oliver acted for the landlords.

Emanuel Oliver was proud to sponsor Clwb Rygbi Rhuthun / Ruthin Rugby Club’s Under 13’s tour to Glasgow on the weekend of 29^th April. The team and families had a great three day trip, enjoying the sights of Glasgow and various activities.

The club had a great reception for an international match on Sunday morning at Birkmyre Rugby Club. The players walked onto the pitch with two bagpipers playing and after the National Anthems were sung a great game of rugby was played.

We are pleased to confirm the sale of the property investment of 61-65 Northgate Street, Chester. The property is let to two restaurants, Augusto Pizzeria and Bluebell tapas restaurant. Acting for Lidl we’re delighted to have let a 12,000 sq ft unit at the front of the Rheidol Retail Park in Aberystwyth to Mountain Warehouse. Mountain Warehouse have relocated from a smaller unit on the park.
