We are delighted to have assisted our client’s Specsavers in finding a new larger site in Louth, Lincolnshire. Terms were agreed to relocate to the former M&Co unit and it is great to see them open and trading in the new unit on Eastgate.

The Range are open and trading in the former Morrisons Supermarket in the centre of Oswestry. The store looks great. Emanuel Oliver were pleased to act on behalf of Shropshire Council the landlords in the transaction.

Great to see the new joint Clogau and Pavers store open and trading on The Cyfarthfa Retail Park in Merthyr Tydfil. Two clients joining forces! EO acted for both Clogau and Pavers in the deal. Both retailers are keen for more stores. Please contact us with any ideas.

We are pleased to have acted on behalf of Heron Foods in securing their new site in Bolton. The store is located on Wigan Road as part of a new neighbourhood retail parade where Heron is the anchor store.

We are pleased to see the new Greggs open and trading in their new location within the Pyramids Shopping Centre in Birkenhead. Greggs have relocated from a small 900 sq ft unit on Borough Pavement to a 2,000 sq ft unit on St Johns Square which includes a café and outside seating. Emanuel Oliver acted for the landlords.
