We are delighted to have secured Danish coffee and juice bar Joe & The Juice as a tenant at 60 Bold Street for our landlord clients following a short marketing campaign. This is the international chain’s second store in Liverpool city centre and demonstrates the continued strength of demand for retail space on Bold Street.
We are delighted to have acted for our retained client Clogau Jewellery in the acquisition of their new store in Wrexham. The store looks great.
We’d also like to congratulate Clogau for continuing their long-standing support of Wrexham Football Club with their new partnership deal. They continue the players tunnel sponsorship at the STōK Cae Ras and are also the 2024/25 match-day programme sponsor.

It’s fantastic to see the new Boojum open and trading in Bold Street, Liverpool, as you can see from the photo the shop drew large crowds on opening day. We secured the site in an off-market transaction for Boojum, a casual Mexican burrito restaurant brand hailing from Ireland who are expanding across the UK. It’s great to see the new Starbucks open and trading at 16-18 Foregate Street, their second store trading in the city, where we acted on behalf of the Landlord to let the unit.
We have also recently concluded a letting to Mountain Warehouse on behalf of the Landlord which will see them return to the city at 32-36 Foregate Street in the former Job Centre space. Mountain Warehouse are currently on site fitting-out and will be creating a double floor retail unit.
