It’s fantastic to see the new Boojum open and trading in Bold Street, Liverpool, as you can see from the photo the shop drew large crowds on opening day. We secured the site in an off-market transaction for Boojum, a casual Mexican burrito restaurant brand hailing from Ireland who are expanding across the UK. We are delighted to have secured Poundland as a Tenant in the Darwin Centre, Shrewsbury. Poundland have taken the space previously occupied by Wilko on the lower level of the Centre. Other units are available, please contact Llyr or Dan for details.

It’s great to see the new Starbucks open and trading at 16-18 Foregate Street, their second store trading in the city, where we acted on behalf of the Landlord to let the unit.

We have also recently concluded a letting to Mountain Warehouse on behalf of the Landlord which will see them return to the city at 32-36 Foregate Street in the former Job Centre space. Mountain Warehouse are currently on site fitting-out and will be creating a double floor retail unit.
