Boojum to Bold Street

It’s fantastic to see the new Boojum open and trading in Bold Street, Liverpool, as you can see from the photo the shop drew large crowds on opening day. We secured the site in an off-market transaction for Boojum, a casual Mexican burrito restaurant brand hailing from Ireland who are expanding across the UK. Poundland secured at Darwin

We are delighted to have secured Poundland as a Tenant in the Darwin Centre, Shrewsbury. Poundland have taken the space previously occupied by Wilko on the lower level of the Centre. Other units are available, please contact Llyr or Dan for details.

Made it to Malvern

Pleased to see the new Pavers store open on Malvern Shopping Park. The store looks great and is trading well, next door to our other client Specsavers!

Double deal for Deva (Chester)

It’s great to see the new Starbucks open and trading at 16-18 Foregate Street, their second store trading in the city, where we acted on behalf of the Landlord to let the unit.

We have also recently concluded a letting to Mountain Warehouse on behalf of the Landlord which will see them return to the city at 32-36 Foregate Street in the former Job Centre space. Mountain Warehouse are currently on site fitting-out and will be creating a double floor retail unit.

Shooting for success

We are delighted to be AFC Waverton Girls u14’s Jaguars and Phoenix sponsors for the 2024/25 season. The teams will compete in the Cheshire Girls leagues and cups. We wish them all the best of luck for the coming season.

Deal tied up nicely in Prescot

Great to see the new Specsavers store open and trading at The Cables Retail Park in Prescot. We acted on behalf of our retained clients, Specsavers, to identify and negotiate terms to acquire the unit. We continue to seek more sites across the North and Midlands. Please contact Llyr or Dan.

Rough Trade tune into Liverpool

We are delighted to have secured Rough Trade as a tenant at Hanover Street, Liverpool on behalf of our Landlord clients. The venue is Rough Trade’s sixth site and will also feature a 290 person capacity music venue at first floor creating it’s largest store in the UK. Great to see the new Pavers store open on Oxford Street in Swansea. Emanuel Oliver acted on behalf of Pavers in the acquisition. Former Coop let to B&M in Liverpool

Great to see B&M open and trading in the former Coop Supermarket on Longmoor Lane, Fazakerley in Liverpool. Emanuel Oliver were pleased to act on behalf of The Co-operative Group in the letting.
