We are delighted to have secured a well let Costa Drive Thru investment at Eastway Hub, Fulwood, Preston on behalf of retained clients. The property is let to Costa Limited at £63,000pa with over 10 years remaining on the lease.

The new unit is open and trading at 51-53 High Street and looks great. We also negotiated the subletting of their old store at 90 High Street to The Cooperative Group for their new micro On the Go concept. We are delighted to have secured Danish coffee and juice bar Joe & The Juice as a tenant at 60 Bold Street for our landlord clients following a short marketing campaign. This is the international chain’s second store in Liverpool city centre and demonstrates the continued strength of demand for retail space on Bold Street.

We are delighted to have acted for our retained client Clogau Jewellery in the acquisition of their new store in Wrexham. The store looks great.

It’s fantastic to see the new Boojum open and trading in Bold Street, Liverpool, as you can see from the photo the shop drew large crowds on opening day. We secured the site in an off-market transaction for Boojum, a casual Mexican burrito restaurant brand hailing from Ireland who are expanding across the UK.
