We are pleased to have acted on behalf of Heron Foods in securing their new site in Bolton. The store is located on Wigan Road as part of a new neighbourhood retail parade where Heron is the anchor store.

We are pleased to see the new Greggs open and trading in their new location within the Pyramids Shopping Centre in Birkenhead. Emanuel Oliver was proud to sponsor Clwb Rygbi Rhuthun / Ruthin Rugby Club’s Under 13’s tour to Glasgow on the weekend of 29^th April. The team and families had a great three day trip, enjoying the sights of Glasgow and various activities.

The club had a great reception for an international match on Sunday morning at Birkmyre Rugby Club. The players walked onto the pitch with two bagpipers playing and after the National Anthems were sung a great game of rugby was played.

We are pleased to confirm the sale of the property investment of 61-65 Northgate Street, Chester. The property is let to two restaurants, Augusto Pizzeria and Bluebell tapas restaurant.
