We are pleased to have secured the independent, colourful fashion brand Lucy & Yak for 6-8 St Werburgh Street on behalf of our landlord clients. Their shopfit is bright and a welcome addition to Chester. They took possession straight after the previous tenant Ecco vacated, maintaining investment continuity for our clients.
