On behalf of Aviva Investors, we’ve let 77 Church Street to sushi operator Kokoru (pictured) and 83 Church Street to Amplifon, who have relocated from Bold Street. On behalf of Liverpool based Atmore Group, we’ve let 20 Richmond Street to restaurant operator Harpers Seafood. We also have other lettings currently progressing in the city.
Acting on instructions from private clients, Emanuel Oliver have negotiated the acquisition of a neighbourhood retail parade on Longmoor Lane, Liverpool. The investment is let to Subway, Rowlands Pharmacy, Barnardos, Indigo Sun and includes a vacant unit. The development was constructed in 2015 and has a current rental income of £82,500pax. The price paid equates to a net initial yield of c8%.
We are delighted to announce we have been appointed to act as leasing agents for the Port Arcades Shopping Centre, Ellesmere Port. The Centre is anchored by Wilkinsons, together with Poundworld, Peacocks, Boots, Argos and the Ellesmere Port Market Hall. The Centre was recently chosen by Iceland for one of their new Food Warehouse stores . Emanuel Oliver have recently secured two new stores for Specsavers. We’ve acquired a new branch at 15 Liverpool Road in Crosby, which has recently opened and is trading very well.
