Jones Bootmaker Store Acquired in Norwich

Five Guys land in Chester

Following extensive negotiations, Five Guys have now opened their new store on Bridge Street Chester. Acting on behalf of the Landlord, EO agreed terms with the previous tenant Yo! Sushi to take a surrender of their lease and negotiated terms for a simultaneous re-letting to Five Guys. We have numerous retail and leisure units available in Chester, including an A3 restaurant unit sitting at Row Level above Five Guys, more details can be found on the property listings page.

Pair of deals in Prestatyn

Emanuel Oliver have recently been involved in new lettings in the popular North Wales town of Prestatyn. Acting on behalf of the Landlord, we have let 52 High Street to Cats Protection by way of a new 10 year lease. The Landlord subsequently sold the property investment. In addition, acting on behalf of former occupiers Heron Foods at 27 High Street, we agreed terms to assign their lease to Holland & Barrett.

EO secure Ripon Resite

Acting on behalf of Specsavers we are delighted to confirm we have secured new larger premises for the nationwide opticians, taking the former Prezzo on Market Place in an off market deal. Hatrick of Leeds acquisitions for Costa
