Emanuel Oliver have secured a new store for Pavers Shoes at 3 & 5 Finkle Street in Kendal. Following recent lettings by Emanuel Oliver to Specsavers, Mencap and Hays Travel, the Bay View Shopping Centre in Colwyn Bay is now fully let. This is the first time the Centre has been fully let for a number of years.

Acting on behalf of Mitchells & Butlers, Emanuel Oliver have acquired two units within the new Bell Court development in Stratford-upon-Avon for the ‘All Bar One’ and ‘Miller & Carter’ brands. Anchored by an Everyman Cinema this mixed use new development will become a focal point in the medieval town providing both leisure and retail units.

Emanuel Oliver are delighted to now be retained by Cats Protection to acquire stores throughout the North West of England. On behalf of Aviva Investors, we’ve let 77 Church Street to sushi operator Kokoru (pictured) and 83 Church Street to Amplifon, who have relocated from Bold Street. On behalf of Liverpool based Atmore Group, we’ve let 20 Richmond Street to restaurant operator Harpers Seafood. We also have other lettings currently progressing in the city.
