The Fulwood store is the former HSBC bank and includes a seating area inside the old bank vault – see picture. We look forward to securing more site for Sim Trava soon

Acting on behalf of CBRE Global Investors, Emanuel Oliver have let 7 Northgate Street to Airwair International Limited – trading as Dr Martens. The deal was negotiated and completed in record time and allowed Dr Martens to open before Christmas. The store looks fantastic. Number 5 next door is available and several well known retailers have already registered interest.

New retailers at the Victoria Centre, Llandudno

Emanuel Oliver have secured two new lettings at the Victoria Centre in Llandudno. Both Warren James Jewellers and Grape Tree have taken a new leases in addition to the recent expansion of the Specsavers store.

Another new store for an award winning jeweller

Emanuel Oliver have acquired another new store for Mococo at the Golden Square Shopping Centre in Warrington and are retained to secure more units next year. Mococo now have 8 trading stores and were awarded Branded Retail Jeweller of the Year in the UK Jewellery Awards and are shortlisted for the National Association of Jewellers of the Year Award.

The company has opened a new office in Manchester on South King Street where Peter will be based to spearhead its growth in the city.
