Perfect Fit for Pavers in Kendal

Emanuel Oliver have secured a new store for Pavers Shoes at 3 & 5 Finkle Street in Kendal. The deal included negotiating two new leases with different landlords and a surrender with the existing tenant. Lots of leg work for Emanuel Oliver! Colwyn Bay Centre fully let for Christmas

Following recent lettings by Emanuel Oliver to Specsavers, Mencap and Hays Travel, the Bay View Shopping Centre in Colwyn Bay is now fully let. This is the first time the Centre has been fully let for a number of years.

All Bar One and Miller & Carter to open in Stratford-upon-Avon

Acting on behalf of Mitchells & Butlers, Emanuel Oliver have acquired two units within the new Bell Court development in Stratford-upon-Avon for the ‘All Bar One’ and ‘Miller & Carter’ brands. Anchored by an Everyman Cinema this mixed use new development will become a focal point in the medieval town providing both leisure and retail units.

Romans march on in Llandudno

Acting on behalf of Llandudno Holdings, Emanuel Oliver have let the former Dorothy Perkins to Roman Originals. Romans previously occupied a smaller unit in the shopping centre. The new unit looks great and includes a new full height glazed shopfront. We’ve also recently secured Pavers Shoes, Grape Tree and the Tourist Information Office within the centre. Accrington welcomes Select

Following the recent closure of Store 21 within the Arndale Centre Accrington, we are delighted to confirm the store has now been re-let with ladieswear retailer Select now open and trading. Emanuel Oliver Retained by Cats Protection

Emanuel Oliver are delighted to now be retained by Cats Protection to acquire stores throughout the North West of England. With various concepts, Cats Protection would consider units from 800 sq ft up to 3,000 sq ft. Founded in 1927 Cats Protection are the UK’s leading cat welfare organisation and is expanding its charity shop portfolio. Liverpool City Centre Hat-rick

Emanuel Oliver have recently completed three lettings in Liverpool City Centre. On behalf of Aviva Investors, we’ve let 77 Church Street to sushi operator Kokoru (pictured) and 83 Church Street to Amplifon, who have relocated from Bold Street. On behalf of Liverpool based Atmore Group, we’ve let 20 Richmond Street to restaurant operator Harpers Seafood. We also have other lettings currently progressing in the city.

New Liverpool investment acquisition

Acting on instructions from private clients, Emanuel Oliver have negotiated the acquisition of a neighbourhood retail parade on Longmoor Lane, Liverpool. The investment is let to Subway, Rowlands Pharmacy, Barnardos, Indigo Sun and includes a vacant unit. The development was constructed in 2015 and has a current rental income of £82,500pax. The price paid equates to a net initial yield of c8%.
