Acting for private landlords, Emanuel Oliver have completed a lease re-gear of Clarks unit in the centre of Church Street in Liverpool. Clarks committed to a new 10 year lease at full market rent.

It’s great to see the new Mappin & Webb store open and trading in the former Jack Wills unit on Eastgate Street in Chester. The building has been fully refurbished and looks great. Emanuel Oliver acted for the landlords Royal London.

We’re delighted to see the new Specsavers has now opened at Kingston Retail Park, Newcastle Upon Tyne. We acted on behalf of our retained clients, Specsavers, to identify and negotiate terms to acquire the unit. We continue to seek more sites across the North.

Following an extensive marketing campaign which generated a number of offers we are pleased to confirm the letting of 341 High Street, Lincoln on behalf of Landlord clients to nationwide bubble tea brand Chatime.

Acting on behalf of our retained clients Costa we are delighted to see the new store on Parliament Street, York is open and trading. On instructions from Costa we identified the former Disney store as being suitable and successfully managed to agree terms for a relocation of the nearby smaller store.

We are pleased to announce the letting of the former Fire Jacks unit on Pepper Street Chester to Boujee, an expanding regional chain with restaurants in Liverpool and Manchester. A number of offers were received for the property, it follows other Lockdown lettings to Artezzan and Izakaya Lounge adjacent leaving the restaurant parade 100% fully let.

We are delighted to announce the completion of a Lockdown letting to Nationwide Building Society at 28/29 Pride Hill, Shrewsbury. The letting follows an extensive marketing campaign which generated a number of offers and will see Nationwide relocating in the town.
